Kia ora — I'm Celica G. I'm a design thinker, problem-solver, artist, writer, photographer, master builder, and sailor. This site is where I share my work, projects, hobbies, and a few reflections along the way.

What I do

My work weaves through four main areas: design, the arts, science, and construction. It might sound like a lot, but they’re paths I navigate naturally. These four pillars shape the way I tackle challenges, and I’ll keep learning, combining, and evolving them through technology and hands-on experience. Every day I learn a bit more, sharpening my ability to take on complex challenges and come up with creative solutions.

Human-centred design

As you explore this site, you’ll notice my focus on human-centred design. I create processes and solve challenges that cross art, science, tech, construction, and urban life. I'm especially drawn to topics like energy, climate, population growth, and logistics.

I also write the odd short story, and when I need to unplug, I paint or set sail. The line between work and play is pretty blurred for me — and that’s the way I like it. I’m lucky to call what I love a job, and with so many passions on deck, I’m never short on ideas.
